Have you been working or volunteering through the Olympic or Paralympic Games? Here is your chance to show how you helped to welcome the world in 2010. When the Games are over, go2 would like to send the contest winner on a much deserved ski getaway for two!
British Columbia's tourism, hospitality and retail employers as well as their employees/volunteers are eligible to enter. Submit your entry for a chance to win a 3 day, 2 night ski trip for two to Silver Star Mountain Resort and a chance to feature your staff and business FREE in go2's Career Awareness collateral and promotions. Contest Entry Details:
To enter, submit a photo (or video clip) showing a tourism, hospitality or retail employee/volunteer offering Gold Medal Customer Service for a customer(s) during the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Be sure to include a caption that describes the fun and excitement of welcoming customers from around the world. All entrants need to provide go2 with their name and the company they are from, along with their affiliation with the company. Entries must be posted by no later than Tuesday, March 16, 2010.
Photos or video clips can be entered in a number of ways (only one entry is required):
- Become a Fan of go2’s MOVE ON UP Facebook page and post the entry on the Wall.
- Become a Fan of go2’s Work Live Play BC Facebook page and post the entry on the Wall.
- Send a “tweet” to @tourism2010jobs on Twitter with a link to view your photo or video clip.
- Join go2’s Flickr group and post the photo or video clip to the Group Pool.
- Email an electronic file of the photo (.jpg preferred), or a link to view the photo or video clip.
We will choose the lucky winner on Thursday March 18, 2010. Please be advised that by submitting your entry, you have given go2 the permission to use it in our future Career Awareness materials. All entrants may be contacted for stories featured on the go2 website.
