With 84,000 new tourism job openings anticipated by 2015 — go2 is helping BC's tourism industry find, keep, and develop exceptional employees and leaders. In order to support this strategy, go2 participates in numerous Career Fairs in order to provide tourism career awareness information to students, teachers, parents and other potential labour sources about the myriad of career opportunities available in the tourism industry. In tandem with this year's MOVE ON UP™ Campaign launch, go2 is showcasing the diversity and scope of the tourism industry and promoting tourism as a career of choice to the career seekers that attend these career fairs.
