- Develop and administer policies and procedures
- Handle day-to-day casino operations
- Oversee gaming tables
- Supervise personnel, e.g. ensure policies are adhered to assure the security and protection of the cash

- Dealer or gaming supervisor experience

- Human resource management skills desired
- Time management skills desired
- Monetary transaction skills desired
- Secondary school diploma
- Knowledge of the National Occupational Supervisory Skills Standards is an asset
