Just a few short months ago, BC tourism employers were pulling out all the stops in order to recruit and retain employees during a red-hot economy.  Many are still facing challenges today, but are scratching their heads as to what is around the corner economically and how it will impact their staffing needs. In a recent article on BusinessWeek.com, editor Jena McGregor talked about leading and managing employees during tough times.
