Small resort in Tofino seeking highly motivated and experienced couple to take over all responsibilities of entire resort which includes business strategy, some accounting and marketing, employee relations as well as hands on maintenance. We realize the management team is instrumental in the overall success of the resort, so they must have excellent team building skills and be able to communicate key information effectively to staff and owners. Our resort has individual cabins as well as a campground and indoor pool and hot tub. Managers must be able and willing to work long hours, especially during the summer months and handle stress well.

Job Requirements
The individuals must have previous tourism front desk experience and be willing and able to take charge of all the resort day to day activities and maintenance work. Maintenance experience and ability is definitely required.

Salary	To be determined based on experience. Bonus plan an option after a trial period.
