Guest Services Agent & Relief Night Auditor

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • greeting and registering the guest, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest account upon completion of their stay.
  • possessing a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.
  • having the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external guests.
  • having the ability to reconcile transactions and balance the day activities
 
Job Requirements  
  • Must be willing to work Friday and Saturday nights from 11pm - 7am
  • Must be willing to work additional shifts (7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm) as required
  • Preference given to those with experience and/or education in the hospitality industry and second languages an asset
