The Cruise Tour Manager takes the responsibilities to plan and organize all the cruise tours and serves as the planner for all types of shipboard entertainment and activities; take the responsibilities to ensure all social and cultural events are well coordinated; acts as the main source of information for the guests on curies and an expert on planning all the cruise tours; develop the marketing campaigns and service quality to ensure the customer an enjoyable experience. The main focus of this position is to generate and facilitate more business from Asia into the cruise business of our company.

Main duties will focus on overall cruise tour planning, tour operations managing and coordinating and customer service and support.
 

Qualifications, Experience and Requirements:

• Completion of College or college programs related to Tourism/Marketing/Cruise Managing, yet a solid knowledge and years of experience of this field could be a substitution;
• Must have 5+ years experience of cruise tour management or tourism management;
• In-depth knowledge of cruise tour operations managing and proficient tourism customer service skills;
• Flexible strain capacity, could handle various of unexpected situations;

Preferred Skills:

• Must have excellent oral communication skills and presentation skills;
• Fluently Mandarin/Cantonese speaking; Ability to read and write in Chinese;
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer approaching skills;
• Excellent organizing skills and problem solving skills.
