Warmly welcome, register and host our clients at a major business centre during the Games.  Must be 19 years of age or older, with valid Serving It Right Certificate.

Must be experienced with office administration and technology such as computers, fax machines, photocopiers and internet.

Creative customer care is part of your soul.  In addition you will have excellent administrative skills, communication, time management and superior customer service. 

You are a quick thinker, excellent problem solver, you take initiative and can maintain a professional composure under pressure.  You are familiar with VIP level protocols and are reliable, responsible, adaptable, highly personable, friendly and respectful - plus, you like to have fun, especially in a team environment!

We require 100% fluency in English and French for this position and welcome other languages, as well.

 
Job Requirements  

To Qualify For PRIME Employment Opportunities - in addition to other relevant position criteria, all PRIME candidates must be:

  • Willing and able to work up to 10 hours per day throughout the Games period,
  • Be available to attend paid Orientation and training starting January, 2010,
  • Legally qualified to work in Canada,
  • Able to successfully pass a Criminal Records Check or Security Clearance (if required for the position),
  • Effectively able to demonstrate they are the best suited for PRIME opportunities,
  • Employed with PRIME throughout the entire Games period to be eligible for the Retention Bonus, as well as satisfactorily meet performance and other eligibility criteria
 
Salary Hourly rates, plus retention bonus
