Hyatt Regency Vancouver is seeking a talented career minded, dedicated guest service professional with a passion for excellence to join our Banquet Team. The Meeting Concierge is responsible for being the liaison between Catering & Convention Services clients and various departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Must be able to work independently, without close supervision. Follows up on all daily requirements of a meeting Planner, communicates changes internally. Is a key component in achieving high scores in overall event phase satisfaction. Performance evaluations will be influenced by these scores. Must be flexible as the position requires to work evenings and weekends.
