We are currently recruiting for the position of Dining Room Supervisor. The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for guest and food service for the dining room, great room and patios. Responsibilities include
- supervision of service of guests
- cleanliness and organization of dining room and service areas
- ordering and inventory of supplies
- ensuring opening and closing procedures are followed
- scheduling, cost controls and promotion
This position requires the supervisor to be a working server and must maintain a positive team oriented work environment and strong working relationship with the general manager and ownership.
