The Oswego Hotel is hiring a unique individual to lead our Guest Services team. Do you have impeccable customer service skills and willing to go above and beyond to ensure our guests have the best experience whilst staying with us. Attention to detail, customer service and good computer skills is essential.

 
Job Requirements  
  • Proven Hotel front desk experience partnered with  exceptional leadership skills.
  • Minimum 2 years training in Front desk, Night Audit and Housekeeping a must.  
  • This is a hands on role and the position will encompass Manager on Duty shifts.
  • Must be willing to work am shifts, pm shifts and weekends.
