We are currently recruiting for the position of Guest Services Agent. The Guest Services Agent is part of the Cathedral Mountain front desk team responsible for guest service and reservations. This position is multi-task orientated, main duties include answering phones, taking reservations, selling rooms, guest service (concierge), assisting the dining room, retail sales, end of day accounting and following check-in /check-out procedures.
