The Front Office Manager will be a hands-on, pro-active member of the Senior Management Team and Front Office Leadership Team of the Wickaninnish Inn and be responsible and accountable for the actions of the Front Office team members. The successful candidate would believe and foster the Wickaninnish Inn's service philosophy and have knowledge of Relais & Chateaux. The Front Office Manager must have the ability to motivate employees, handle a great deal of tasks while remaining cool, calm and collected and be open and excited to elevate their career with a leader in the industry. The Front Office Manager works as a “hands on” manager assisting the team as they strive to meet or exceed guest expectations. This position is responsible for budgetary financial decisions, yield, reservations, customer service, administration, payroll, scheduling and human resources and leads a team of up to 15 staff.
Be the contact person for all guests who may be requiring immediate assistance from the Front Office Manager, and/or follow up with guest concerns as necessary.
