Manage and complete Work Orders in a timely manner Assign daily shift duties and maintain log book for effective communication Perform preventative and scheduled room and common area maintenance on a rotational basis Assist Rooms Division Manager to hire, schedule, train, and provide open communication with associates Manages the operation of the department to ensure compliance with health/sanitation/safety regulations Continuously review vendors and products to ensure procurement of top quality products at minimum prices Must be able to work flexible shifts

Job Requirements
Knowledgeable regarding HVAC and troubleshooting techniques General knowledge of sewer and electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques Knowledgeable regarding operation and maintenance of all hotel equipment Relevant secondary education or training preferred Possession of a trade certificate preferred Current First Aid an asset

Salary	Based on experience level.
