The Human Resources Coordinator is a highly visible role in the hotel assisting the Human Resources department. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
Duties include:
- Assist in greeting all visitors, employees and applicants
- Assist in responding to incoming calls, walk-in inquiries, special projects, and coordination of employee relation events.
- Coordinating the administration (Enrollments, Audits, and Termination) of union and salaried benefit plans
- Conduct Benefits orientation for newly eligible employees
- Administration of HRIS System
- Maintain and update associate records
- Plan and execute associates communication materials and events
- Support and assist with the welcoming of new hires, maintaining files and providing support for the employment process
- Assist with department and hotel specific projects
- Assist Human Resource Managers with recruitment
The Hyatt Regency Vancouver is a large convention hotel with over 500 employees.
