Join the new Watermark Beach Resort! This position is a supervisory role at The Watermark Beach Resort. This individual is responsible in assisting the Chef de Cuisine with kitchen operations for the Wine Bar, Outdoor Patio, Conference Services and Room Service. There will be a commitment to developing culinary experiences in conjunction with producers and suppliers.
The scope of responsibilities includes but are not limited to assisting the Chef de Cuisine with hands on cooking, inventory, food costing, menu planning and production, developing culinary team, relationships with suppliers and leadership team. This role will be influenced by seasonality and the individual must be as excited about being on the line as well as creating menus and operation scheduling and administration.
The successful candidate will have proven history of multi tasking while maintaining set standards and have the ability to operate under high volume. The applicant should be prepared to show menus showcasing previous experience and have a passion for using local seasonal fare.
