Looking for a summer job? We are looking for a team player with a passion for food and a desire to learn all aspects of the food and beverage industry. Bunkers Grill is a small family run business. We run all day to day operations of the Salmo Golf Course and a full service clubhouse. The main menu consists of quality pub style food while services on the weekends include specials that are higher end and well received. We also provide food and beverage for many functions and caterings throughout the golf season. The kitchen is run by Grant Taylor, a Red Seal chef with over twenty years of experience, he is eager and willing to share his experience with an equally eager apprentice.
 
Job Requirements  
The perfect candidate would be willing to take on all of the challenges of the kitchen as well as serve and interact with the golfing clientele. New and fresh ideas are always welcome. You must have a flexible schedule, your own transportation and good work ethic.
