The Maclean’s magazine recently announced its list of the Best 50 Employers in Canada for 2011.
Two hundred and fifty-one Canadian employers took part in this year’s studies. The study focuses on employee engagement which is driven by leadership, rewards, workplace culture and values, productivity and the support of performance and development.
The following tourism and hospitality companies have made the list: Delta Hotels & Resorts, Earl’s Restaurants Ltd., Flight Centre, Keg Restaurants Ltd., Marriott Hotels of Canada Ltd., McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada Limited, Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Inc.
