Twice a year the Whistler Chamber of Commerce runs a program called ServeUs Challenge. It is a customer service reviewing program that focuses on rewarding employees and recognizing businesses in Whistler that deliver extraordinary service. Businesses that participate in the ServeUs Challenge receive weekly service reports and are eligible to win a host of prizes and promotion if they are a top guest service provider. The program runs semi-annually: June-August and December-February.
