Katrin Werle, Employers Advisor at ZAV, will be giving a presentation where you can learn how they can help your company find and recruit staff. This includes mobile youth with working holiday visas that are a great fit for seasonal jobs. Even if you aren’t hiring now, think ahead and make connections now for the future!
ZAV has also developed a strong working relationship with the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) in promoting BC and recruiting workers for the province's labour force. Representatives from the BCPNP will be in attendance as well.
Last fall, go2 worked with ZAV at recruitment fairs in Germany and learned there is excellent potential for employers to find qualified and keen tourism and hospitality staff through this organization.
