Since the amended Impaired Driving Laws were in effect on September 20, 2010, some pub and restaurant owners have implemented or considered a shuttle service or other alternatives to get their patrons home safely. The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure has created a page with guidelines on the various types of transportation services that establishments can offer to their customers.
