Health and Safety Program Guide for Small Business - Informal

Businesses with a workforce of fewer than 20 workers must initiate an OH&S program, but it may be less formal than the program for large businesses. This six-page document describes the key elements of an informal health and safety program

Health and Safety Program Guide – Formal

This booklet describes the elements of a formal health and safety program. Formal programs are required for employers with 20 or more workers in a workplace determined to be of moderate to high risk, or 50 or more workers in a workplace determined to be of low risk.
