What Trends are Emerging for Post Secondary Training?
As the hospitality and tourism sectors merge, employers are looking for people with cross-industry training and knowledge. Many course curriculums are now emphasizing the need for multiskilled graduates who possess transferable skills, like presentation, communication and analytical understanding. Tourism employers may also want their employees to possess industry certifications or other additional training.
