Sometimes talking to someone who is already in the program you may be interested in can be helpful, but it’s not always easy to do that. In this section you will find brief profiles of apprentices in the Baker Program. They talk about why they want to enter their respective trade, their experiences being an apprentice, how they got to their current position, challenges, obstacles and rewarding moments of their job, and what their future plans may be. They all offer valuable advices on how to get to where you want to go.
