I am a Liquor Licensing Specialist & Wine Consultant and President of Haynes Consulting Inc. I serve over 150 Hospitality clients such as 5 star Hotels, Pubs, Restaurants, Golf Clubs, Destination Resorts, etc.
I also work as a Wine Consultant at Dundarave Wine Cellars in West Vancouver, B.C. I have been awarded Advanced Level 3 WSET and will be continuing my studies at UBC in the Two Year WSET Diploma Program in 2007.
