Job Description

 Arli Enterprise Inc. doing business as Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill located at 988 Davie St., Vancouver BC has an opportunity for a Bookkeeper.

 Job Duties

   â€¢ Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management

ʉۢ Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts

ʉۢ Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances

ʉۢ Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets

ʉۢ Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes

ʉۢ Prepare business plans and loan applications

ʉۢ Balance and maintain accurate ledgers

ʉۢ Match purchase orders with invoices

 Skills and Requirements

ʉۢ Be familiar with the use of a computer and all office machinery such as a printer, scanner, and fax machine

ʉۢ Be familiar with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office including Access and other office software

ʉۢ Demonstrated skills to handle several different tasks at once

ʉۢ Strong organizational skills

ʉۢ Display a high level of effort and commitment toward performing work, with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy.

ʉۢ Be able to handle change at a very fast pace

ʉۢ Excellent communications skills Рwritten, verbal, interpersonal

ʉۢ Ability to form good working relationships with team members

ʉۢ Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions and solve problems quickly

ʉۢ Completion of Bachelors in Commerce

ʉۢ Previous experience as Bookkeeper for 3-5 years
