About Us
My Mountain Cooperative (MMC) is a newly incorporated community service cooperative that has formed to purchase Shames Mountain Ski Area and operate it as a community owned recreation facility.
Shames Mountain is located 35 km. west of Terrace B.C. and has 1,600 ft of vertical drop serviced by a double chairlift, T bar and handle tow. Shames Mountain is known for the welcoming locals, endless powder (average annual snowfall of 900-1200 cmâs), and incredible backcountry access.
