About Us
The Royal Victoria Yacht Club is the oldest yacht club on Canada’s Pacific coast. It has played a key role in the development of yachting here, but it has also made important contributions to the economic and social life of the city in which it was founded in 1892. The Royal Victoria Yacht Club encourages yachting, boating, navigation, and seamanship. Promotes sportsmanship and excellence in competitive sailing. Provides facilities for the use and benefit of members and Preserves yachting traditions.
