Established in 1993, Swiss Bakery has provided Vancouver with a variety of delectable goods for over 20 years, serving the Kitsilano community in its infancy and now a staple in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. Swiss Bakery cultivates baking in a European style that accentuates original and hand crafted goods, like our Artisan breads, pastries, and cakes.
Swiss Bakery’s Pretzel has been named as one of the 101 top things to try by Vancouver Magazine. Swiss Bakery has founded Vancouver’s first cronut, the hybrid croissant and fritter, the Frissant. For 2016, Huffington Post has listed Swiss Bakery as one of top 20 bakeries in Canada.
