To accommodate Victoria Spirits’ growing business they recently moved to a larger location on the beautiful waterfront, in Sidney, BC where they will open their doors May of 2016. Their name has also now changed to Victoria Distillers bringing a new focus as makers and collaborators and to highlight the distillery as a tourist destination you definitely do not want to miss.

The new site houses two copper pot stills, which will continue to produce award-winning spirits including Victoria Gin. The new distillery will also become a bustling centre for consumer education through tours and tastings where the public will take in all aspects of production. Visitors will be guided through the entire distillation process and around the gleaming stills giving them an intimate look into one of BC’s finest artisan distilleries.  Following a tour, visitors will be able to taste their premium spirits and bitters neat.

The new location also has an on-site lounge (along with an outside patio area) where you will find bartenders experimenting with inventive cocktails and where guests can enjoy their cocktail drinks and locally-made preserves and charcuterie.
