LMIA exemption under the International Mobility Program stream “Mobilité francophone”
The Mobilité Francophone stream exempts employers from the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) process when they hire francophone workers in managerial, professional and technical/skilled trades occupations from abroad to work outside of Quebec. You will find details on eligibility and how to apply in the bilingual information sheet. Positions in skill levels 0 and A are eligible for 2-week processing under the Global Skills Strategy.
