The Industry Training Authority (ITA) is hosting a webinar on August 22, 2018 at 8:30am to review proposed changes to the Cook – Red Seal Occupational Standard (RSOS). This webinar provides an opportunity for industry to play an active role in shaping the future of Cook apprenticeship training.

If you are currently working in the sector, are familiar with the apprenticeship system, have experience as a sponsor, and are aware of the general skills and competencies needed for various cuisines, we would like to hear your input. We would like to see a strong and widespread representation of BC’s apprenticeship culture and ask that you consider attending and additionally, recommend others to attend as well.
