Responsibilities & Qualifications


• Possess a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Be well groomed and presentable at all times, ensuring clean and well fitted uniform in good repair.
• Verify guest name, room number, and vaccination status at entry to Club Lounge.
• Demonstrate a warm welcoming greeting upon guest arrival and offer warm and sincere closing and appreciation upon guest departure.
• Initiate conversation and engagement with guests in order to establish a connection that will leave an impression.
• Be proactive in offering recommendations for local restaurants, attractions and activities.
• Establish and maintain good communication with other hotel departments.
• Generate daily reports from the property management software system in order to gather expected guest numbers for each meal service.
• Ensure station and table set-ups are complete before and throughout service.
• Set up and manage buffet during breakfast and appetizer service periods.
• Receive occasional guest orders for special food requests and communicate with kitchen and In Room Dining teams for preparation and delivery.
• Know food allergens and dietary restrictions, and communicate with kitchen to ensure guests are provided food which is safe for their consumption.
• Know and adhere to food safety standards.
• Receive drink orders and receive payments using Micros system.
• Recommend and prepare basic drinks such as highballs, beer and wine.
• Clear and sanitize tables during service.
• Frequent regular sanitization of high touch points.
• Perform various side duties as assigned by shift leads.
• Prepare dry goods and food order forms, assist with order pick-up and delivery to the Club Lounge.
• Track volume and sales, and report details of service in a daily report to leadership.
• Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of all Club Lounge areas and equipment.
• Assist with some Stewarding duties.

Club Lounge attendants will also attend to service in the hotel associate dining lounge, attendants are expected to work a minimum of one shift per week in the associate lounge.


• Create a warm and welcoming environment for all hotel staff.
• Set up and maintain buffet during lunch or dinner service periods.
• Communicate with Main Kitchen to order more food throughout service.
• Collect food from Main Kitchen and replenish buffet in a timely manner.
• Manage coffee and juice service machines, providing regular cleaning and restocking.
• Track volume and sales, and report details of service in a daily report to leadership.
• Maintain a tidy environment, sanitizing all surfaces regularly.
• Assist with some Stewarding duties.
• General cleaning duties, as directed by daily checklist and occasional additional duties by request of shift lead.


• Must be available to start as early as 5am and work as late as 11pm.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work all shifts.
• Must be available on evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be friendly and enthusiastic, with a passion for hospitality.
• Must be committed to going above and beyond in order to enhance the guest experience.
• Must be self-directed and comfortable working alone, in addition to working cohesively with a team.
• Must be fluent in English, a second language is an asset.
• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Micros or POS systems is an asset.
• Experience with property management software programs such as Lightspeed or Opera is an asset.
• Must possess basic computer knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft Word or Excel is an asset.


• Must have Serving it Right Certification.
• Food Safe Certificate is an asset.
• Food & Beverage knowledge is an asset.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience in a high-volume establishment is an asset.
• Previous Concierge or Front Office experience is an asset.
• Previous VIP Services experience is an asset.
• Must work well under pressure.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours in length and be able to lift up to 30lbs on a regular and continuing basis and 50lbs occasionally.


$21.50-$25.50 per hour
