Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full-Service Vacation Consultant who is passionate about travel and excels in creating personalized itineraries for clients. In this role, you’ll work primarily from our office, leveraging our advanced technology and comprehensive marketing support to maximize your earnings through a competitive salary and commission structure.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide full-service travel consulting, including booking flights, cruises, accommodations, tours, insurance and other travel services.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalized recommendations and exceptional customer service.
– Utilize our state-of-the-art booking and CRM platform to manage bookings, invoicing, and client communications efficiently.
– Actively participate in lead generation and follow-up through our multi-tier marketing campaigns to grow your client base.
– Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and supplier offerings through our continuous training programs.

Qualifications:
– 3-5 years of experience as a full-service travel agent.
– Strong knowledge of booking systems, CRM platforms, and travel products, including cruises, luxury travel, and travel insurance.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills with a passion for helping clients create memorable travel experiences.
– Ability to work independently in an office setting and occasionally remotely, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Wage

$50,000-$57,500
