Summing it up.

The Guest Services Agent is a hospitality pro. They are responsible for various interactions with guests, including preparing charges, keys, receiving payments and managing reservations. Guest Services Agents are responsive and encourage a welcoming, solutions-focused environment for our guests.

What you’ll be doing.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk.
Take reservations, package bookings, guest arrivals and departures in a professional manner.
Enter data, maintain records and launch reports and financial statements.
Foster a success oriented and accountable environment.
Be knowledgeable of industry partners to offer a variety of service options to our guests.
Record day to day financial transactions and complete posting process.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Who you are.

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset.
Enthusiastic and energetic individual who is comfortable in a variety of situations.
A service driven individual dedicated to providing all guests and owners with outstanding and consistent service.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word an asset.
Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
