Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Duties: As a Guest Services Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and maintaining the cleanliness and security of our hotel. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Laundry: Managing laundry services to ensure clean linens and towels are readily available for guests.
Cleaning Rooms and Hotel Areas: Ensuring guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained to create a welcoming environment.
Late Check-Ins: Assisting guests with late check-ins, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
Guest Queries: Responding to guest inquiries and providing information about the hotel and local area.
Security: Maintaining the security of the building, monitoring guest access, and addressing any safety concerns.
Additional Responsibilities:
Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and with a friendly demeanor.
Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at the front desk.
Collaborate with the hotel management team to address any issues or special requests from guests.
Keep accurate records of guest interactions and report any incidents or issues to the appropriate authorities.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and handle late-night shifts.
Knowledge of the local area and its amenities is a plus.
