Job Description

As a member of the Guest Service team with Wildcoast Adventures you are one of the primary contacts for our guests. This position requires someone who can engage with our guests, with enthusiasm, while ensuring the smooth operations.

General Duties Include but are not limited to:
· Opening and closing the office
· Communicating and following up with guests through email, phone and in person
· Checking in guests and assisting guests with packing
· Taking bookings and tracking sales
· Maintaining and restocking gift shop inventory
· Preparing and packing food and supplies for multi-day kayaking trips
· General cleaning of office, bathroom, and giftshop
· Cleaning and laundering equipment after kayaking trips
· Supporting marketing through social media and blogs
· General administrative tasks
. Some lifting required

Responsibilities & Qualifications

· Proficient in English
· Organization skills and Strong interpersonal skills
· Comfortable working independently
· Food Safe Certification
· A love for the outdoors, wildlife and sustainability.
