Job Description

As the Hostess, you are our first point of contact. and responsible for seating guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
Organizing reservations and walk in guests
Assists callers courteously and promptly, taking messages as necessary which are legible and accurate
Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and all products
Has a good knowledge of the restaurant’s seating chart?
Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues
Assist servers in cleaning, set and re-setting up tables
Abides by all Hilton Brand Standards
Practices good grooming including uniform dress code and cleanliness
Complies with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Performs other duties as assigned
This is a contract position FT from May to the end of September 2023

Open Table reservation experience an asset
Experience in Food and Beverage department and/or industry
Must have Serving It Right
Knowledge of Food Safe Regulations
