Job Description

Crescent Spur Heli-Skiing is a small, owner operated heli-skiing
company, providing heli-ski opportunities for over 35 seasons. We
are located in the remote community of Crescent Spur, nestled
between the Rocky and Cariboo Mountains in Northern BC.,
160km from Prince George.
We host a maximum of 20 guests per week from all over the
world, and pride ourselves on providing a comfortable, clean,
inviting atmosphere at our ranch-style lodge.
Positions are seasonal – running from the late December 2024 to
mid-April 2025.
All team members are provided with meals, individual
accommodation in our staff house, a staff lounge and kitchen, and access to fitness facilities (when not in use by guests.)

This is an all-encompassing role – one of the most principal positions in the lodge. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, a passion for assisting guests and creating a relaxing and fun environment in which they can relax after a great day in the mountains.

Schedule is 6 days on, 1 day off – average of 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Summary of Responsibilities:
• Provide a high level of customer service to guests; anticipate needs and exceed expectations
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of bar and storage areas
• Manage daily bar program – stock and set up bar, select daily drink special, choose wine pairing for dinner
• Work with managers to maintain inventories
• Mix and serve drinks and enter sales into POS using Open Table
• Expedite and serve dinner
• Help plan game nights and theme parties on occasion

Experience Required:
Serving it Right certificate required. 3+ years of serving or bartending experience.
Applicants with experience in a fine dining setting or high-end remote lodge setting are preferred. Wine and mixology knowledge/training is an asset.

Salary/Wage

190-200/day

Daily wage is based on experience + gratuities. Room and board are included at no charge to employees as part of compensation.
