Job Description

Two Peaks Brewing is a new brewery located in Kitimat, British Columbia where our food is just as important to us as our beer. We are currently seeking full time and part time line cooks to join our culinary team.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menus.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of food
supplies.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean
and organized kitchen environment.
• Work cooperatively with the front-of-house staff to ensure
exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Education and/or experience in the culinary field.
• Current Food Safe certification.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking
methods.
• Creativity and a passion for exploring new culinary trends and
flavors.
• A positive attitude, respect for others, and a willingness to
learn.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility in working varied shifts, including evenings and
weekends.
• Experience and education as a Cook are an asset, but we may
consider training the right person.
