Responsibilities & Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

Provide guests with a seamless experience from check-in to check-out
Manage and EXCEED their expectations
Share your KNOWLEDGE of Whistler and its surroundings
SUPPORT the wider team and enhance the overall guest experience – ski/bike/car valet, luggage handling, room deliveries, reservation calls
Approach an uncomfortable situation in a CONFIDENT and PROFESSIONAL manner
Step up in the absence of the Front Office Manager
Provide LEADERSHIP and TRAINING to new recruits
Familiarize yourself with the hotels Emergency & Crisis procedures
