RESPONSIBILITIES OF A POOL SERVER

Maintains an engaging personality that will ensure our guests have a memorable experience
Anticipates any requests before they are made, including coffee, water, drink refills, as well as taking any required condiments to the table prior to taking their food out
Conducts a quality check after food has been tasted to ensure guest satisfaction
Pours and serve wine, beer and cocktails based on pool menu availability
Understands and works in accordance with health and safety mandates
Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs

Responsibilities & Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A POOL SERVER

Serving it Right certification required
1-2 years serving experience
Excellent command of the English language – written and verbal.
Upbeat and outgoing personality with an elevated level of self-confidence
Portray a professional image
Strong interpersonal and guest service skills
Possess a positive attitude and collaborates well with other team members
Ability to work well under pressure
Extensive cash handling experience
Point of sale experience
Must be willing to work in Kamloops, BC
Must be eligible to work in Canada
