Position:
Product Coordinator
As a Product Coordinator at Discover Holidays, you will play a pivotal role in curating unforgettable travel adventures for our clients.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
• Contract Management: Administer and oversee the contracting process with our network of suppliers to ensure the highest quality products and services for our valued customers.
• Product Information: Manage and maintain product information in our reservations system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Room Block Management: Take charge of room block management, including loading block details, release dates, managing inventory, and handling blackout dates.
• Proofing: Carefully review and proofread travel programs, rates, and tariffs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Tariff Construction: Utilize tools like InDesign to construct tariffs, presenting our offerings in an attractive and informative manner.
• Supplier Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our supplier partners, fostering collaboration and excellence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
• Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with software tools, including Excel and InDesign.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• In-depth knowledge of Canada and Alaska, including popular tourist destinations, activities, and cultural nuances.
• A background in tourism management or a related field.
• A passion for travel and a genuine enthusiasm for creating exceptional travel experiences.
• Canadian permanent residency or working visa required.
