As a Product Coordinator at Discover Holidays, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our travel offerings and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. Here are some key responsibilities and aspects of your role:

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
• Contract Management: Administer and oversee the contracting process with our network of suppliers
• Product Information: Manage and maintain product information in our reservations system
• Proofing: Carefully review and proofread contracts, rates, and tariffs
• Tariff Construction: Construct tariffs, presenting our offerings in an attractive and informative manner.
• Supplier Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our supplier partners
• Product Development: Develop new travel products and packages that cater to the preferences and interests of our target customers.
• Vendor Relationships: You’ll work closely with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and other partners to negotiate contracts, secure favorable rates, and maintain strong relationships.
• Pricing and Profitability: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structures to ensure our offerings are competitive while maintaining profitability.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks, gather customer feedback.
• Inventory Management: Take charge of room block management, including loading block details, release dates, managing inventory, and handling blackout dates.
• Data Analysis: Use data and analytics tools to track the performance of various travel products.
