Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Concierge to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our residents. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Monitor CCTV for proactive actions and response.

Prevent losses and damages to property and persons

Assisting residents and visitors with their inquiries

Manage schedules on residential loading dock

Manage Damage deposits

Track and log keys

Co-ordinate with other departments to provide residents with services

Responsibilities & Qualifications

● Integrity

● Professionalism

● Fluent Writing and communication Skills


· Service focused personality is essential; previous Front Desk experience preferred

· Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal essential

· Computer proficiency

· Strong multitasking

· Post-secondary education in Hotel Management an asset

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Speaking Mandarin is an asset

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Must have valid working visa for minimum 12 month
