Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Rooms Division Manager to join our team immediately on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will oversee our Front Office and Housekeeping departments, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, and providing leadership to our dedicated team during the temporary absence of our permanent manager. This temporary position has potential to become permanent based on performance and hotel needs.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and inventory.
• Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures.
• Assist in handling any operational emergencies or issues as they arise.

• Proven experience in a Rooms Division or similar managerial role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards.


From $25.00 per hour
