Responsibilities & Qualifications

Maintains a thorough knowledge of menu items, specials and promotions in order to
be able to make suggestions and answer questions with enthusiasm and confidence
• Proactive with regard to potential guest concerns
• Takes care of side duties and stock up and clean up as required
• Maintains high standards of safety, cleanliness and food safety
• Accurately and efficiently uses POS system and processes payments
• Assist others on the service team
• As needed, includes opening and closing tasks and other duties designated by the
Management team or Service Leade
