Role and Responsibilities: As a Treetop Sous Chef, you will be a pivotal force in creating and developing culinary masterpieces that excite the palate and delight the senses. Working alongside a skilled team, you will lead, inspire, and mentor them to ensure the delivery of top-tier products and memorable dining moments. Your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative and delectable dishes.
• Assisting in the development of menus that showcase creativity and quality.
• Maintaining an efficient kitchen operation, consistently upholding the highest standards.
• Embracing early mornings and contributing to inventory checks for food items.
• Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to food safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Leading by example, working diligently to achieve team and company objectives.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
1-3+ years of experience in a Culinary Leadership role within the industry.
• Valid Food Safe and Health & Safety Certifications.
• Possession of Red Seal Certification is a definite advantage.
