Job Description
o Provide a high level of customer service to our visitors
o Answer phone and assist with daily shipments and other admin duties
o Able to open and close the wineshop
o Maintain cleanliness of the wineshop and surrounding areas
o Help with occasional onsite events
Responsibilities & Qualifications
o Retail and cash handling experience preferred
o WSET or ISG certificate a plus
o Flexible to work weekends and holidays a must
o Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
o Ability to lift 40 lbs frequently, manage stairs easily, and work on feet
o Must be 19 years or older
o Must have a current SIR
o Food Safe certification is a bonus
o A vehicle is highly recommended based on our location
o Most importantly, a passion for wine
