Reports to: Senior F&B Manager
Supervises: Supervisors, Barperson, Barback, Runner

Hours per week: 37.5
As Pit Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for assisting towards the operational success of the Pit. You will manage the staff when on duty, execute the promotions and coordination of the entertainment offerings available. The ideal candidate is a creative individual, who fully understands the programming aspect of the Pit, with a passion for elevating the customer experience and operational standards within the venue. You will be working in close cooperation with the Gallery Manager who will assist you in planning & executing your operational needs.
